LATINbridge is a project building the infrastructure for B2B trade between Latin America and China: a marketplace, an operational back office, a sourcing methodology and integrated Alibaba 1688 operations, delivered through a country-representative model.

EUMERA has entered into a partnership with the LATINbridge project. The two initiatives are complementary: EUMERA connects Southern Cone producers with European buyers through chambers of commerce; LATINbridge gives companies in those same markets a structured channel for sourcing from Asia. For a company or chamber working with EUMERA, this means access to a second corridor, operated by a partner we know and work with directly.

LATINbridge is an independent project with its own team, technology and commercial network. EUMERA does not operate its platform.

Silveira Inversiones is the commercial name of Silveira Administraciones S.A.S., a Uruguayan agribusiness firm based in Montevideo. It structures, advises on and manages livestock, agricultural and rural real estate projects in Uruguay, working directly with producers and landholders across the country.

EUMERA and Silveira Administraciones S.A.S. signed a commercial collaboration framework in March 2026, covering the joint identification, evaluation and development of business opportunities in livestock, agriculture and forestry across the European Union, Mercosur, India and China. For a company or chamber working with EUMERA, this means operational agribusiness capability on the ground in Uruguay, through a counterparty we know and work with directly.

The agreement is non-exclusive and the parties act as independent contractors. It does not create a partnership, agency or representation, and EUMERA does not operate Silveira's business.

Nevenka coordinates industrial imports from China into Latin American countries for companies. It assesses whether an operation makes commercial sense before any money moves, identifies and audits factories at origin, supervises production and pre-shipment quality control, and manages international freight and customs clearance in the destination country through to delivery at the buyer's warehouse. Its working scope covers production and industrial machinery, commercial and food-service equipment, spare parts and technical components, raw materials and private label manufacturing.

EUMERA GmbH and Nevenka Serviços Tecnológicos Ltda signed a commercial partnership and confidentiality framework covering the joint identification, promotion and development of B2B opportunities across the European Union, Mercosur, Latin America, India and China, in mining, technology, energy, natural resources, logistics and industrial equipment. For a company or chamber working with EUMERA, this means supplier validation, factory inspection, freight and customs execution on the Asia to Southern Cone route, handled by a counterparty we know and work with directly.

The agreement is non-exclusive and the parties act as independent contractors. It does not create a partnership, agency or franchise. EUMERA promotes and facilitates opportunities but is not authorised to enter into contracts or commitments on Nevenka's behalf.

Röhlig is a family-owned freight forwarder founded in Bremen in 1852. It works in sea freight, air freight, project logistics and contract logistics, with offices in more than 35 countries.

EUMERA GmbH and Röhlig signed a commercial partnership and confidentiality framework covering the joint identification, promotion and development of B2B opportunities across the European Union, Mercosur, Latin America, India and China, in mining, technology, energy, natural resources, logistics and industrial equipment. For a company or chamber working with EUMERA, this means freight forwarding and project cargo capability on the Southern Cone side of the corridor, through a counterparty we know and work with directly.

The agreement is with a local Röhlig entity, not with the Röhlig group. It is non-exclusive and the parties act as independent contractors. It does not create a partnership, agency or franchise. EUMERA promotes and facilitates opportunities but is not authorised to enter into contracts or commitments on Röhlig's behalf.

The Buenos Aires Regional Faculty is one of the faculties of the National Technological University (UTN), Argentina's public university dedicated to engineering. Based in the City of Buenos Aires, it trains engineers at undergraduate and postgraduate level and carries out research in engineering and technology.

EUMERA GmbH and the Buenos Aires Regional Faculty of the National Technological University signed a framework agreement for scientific and academic cooperation covering the exchange of undergraduate and postgraduate students, of teaching staff, researchers and administrative staff, the exchange of academic materials and publications, and joint research programmes. For a company or chamber working with EUMERA, this means a link to engineering research and training on the Southern Cone side of the corridor, through a counterparty we know and work with directly.

It is a framework agreement: each specific activity is defined in a separate protocol and depends on the parties' available budget. It does not create financial relationships between the parties, and EUMERA is not authorised to enter into contracts or commitments on behalf of the Faculty or the University.

The Intelligent Transport Systems department belongs to Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, the public university of Linz, in Upper Austria. It carries out research and teaching in sustainable, connected and automated transport: sensor and communication technologies for data exchange between vehicles, infrastructure and people, with a focus on integrating autonomous vehicles into connected transport systems.

EUMERA GmbH and the Intelligent Transport Systems department of Johannes Kepler Universität Linz signed a declaration of intent to cooperate on research projects in intelligent transport systems. It covers identifying research topics and opportunities of common interest, exchanging the non-confidential information needed to assess the feasibility of possible projects and, where appropriate, preparing joint research proposals or funding applications. For a company or chamber working with EUMERA, this means a link to research in connected and automated transport on the European side of the corridor, through a counterparty we know and work with directly.

It is a non-binding declaration of intent and is limited to the Intelligent Transport Systems department: it does not include or bind any other unit of the University. Each specific project requires a separate agreement, and the declaration does not commit funds, personnel or resources of either party. It does not create a partnership, an agency or a representation, and EUMERA is not authorised to enter into contracts or commitments on behalf of the department or the University.

ENEF Solutions is an energy services company specialising in industrial energy efficiency, based in Buenos Aires. It carries out energy audits and energy management, simulates the energy performance of plants, and designs and executes tailored savings projects, with real-time monitoring and a model in which it can take on the investment and be paid out of the savings achieved. It works in mining, petrochemicals, steel, food and beverages, agribusiness, automotive, and pulp and paper, among other sectors.

EUMERA GmbH and ENEF Solutions S.A.S. signed a commercial partnership and confidentiality framework covering the joint identification, promotion and development of B2B opportunities in the European Union, Mercosur, Latin America, India and China, in mining, technology, energy, natural resources, logistics and industrial equipment. For a company or chamber working with EUMERA, this means energy audit capacity and the execution of efficiency projects in industrial plants on the Southern Cone side of the corridor, through a counterparty we know and work with directly.
